1. Placing an Order

Do I need an account to place an order?

Yes, creating an account is required to place an order. With an account, you can:
• Track current orders and view past purchases
• Request returns or exchanges easily
• Save addresses and payment details for faster checkout

Can I place an order over the phone?

No, orders can only be placed through our website.

2. Shipping & Delivery

Where do you ship?

We ship across all cities in India.

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, we offer international shipping. However, international orders cannot be returned or exchanged.

How long will delivery take?

Metro cities: 2–3 business days
Other cities: 5–7 business days

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

No, the shipping address cannot be changed after the order is placed. You may cancel the order and place a new one with the updated address.

Can I modify an order after placing it?

Orders cannot be modified once placed. However, eligible products may be returned or exchanged. Please refer to our [Returns & Exchange Policy].

3. Tracking & Order Management

How do I track my order?

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking (Air Waybill) number.
You can also track the order by signing into your account and visiting the Order Tracking section.

How do I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order before it is dispatched.
Go to My Orders in your account and select the order you wish to cancel.
If cancellation isn’t available, you may refuse the package upon delivery. For prepaid orders, refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

4. Returns & Refunds

How do I return or exchange an item?

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.
Log into your account → Go to My Account → Select Returns → Follow the instructions.
You’ll receive a confirmation email with return shipping details.

How long does it take to receive a refund?

Refunds are processed to your original payment method or issued as store credit within 10 business days of approval.
Note: Shipping charges are non-refundable.

We use acrylic, acrylic blends, and other selected yarns for warmth and durability.

Do you provide washing instructions?

What is the minimum order quantity?

You can order as little as 1 to 2 pieces.
