1. Returns

Damaged or Tampered Shipments

If the package appears damaged or tampered with at the time of delivery, do not accept the shipment. Kindly return it to the delivery agent and immediately WhatsApp us the parcel images at +91-93072 94069.

Defective, Wrong, or Damaged Items

Although we thoroughly check each item before shipping, rare issues may occur. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order.

To process your return:
• You must provide a complete unboxing video—from opening the sealed parcel to clearly showing the issue.
• The video helps us verify claims and supports insurance claims with the courier partner.
• No complaints will be accepted without a full unpacking video.

Once we verify the issue, we will resolve the case within 5 working days and initiate a refund to your original payment method, if eligible.

2. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item:
• We’ll notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund.
• If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.

Return to Origin (RTO) Situations

If your order is returned to us due to the reasons below, refunds will not be issued and 2-way shipping charges will apply (even if free shipping was initially offered):
1. Incorrect shipping address
2. Invalid phone number
3. Recipient unavailable or unreachable
4. Delivery refused by recipient
5. OTP-verified cancellation
In these cases, once you pay the applicable charges, we will reship the order.

Refunds Will Not Be Granted If:

• The item shows clear signs of use
  • It is not in its original condition or is missing parts due to reasons other than our error
  • The return request is made after 7 days of delivery
